Join the local pool for clear 2–4 hour event shifts. You decide which opportunities fit your time; joining does not create a long-term commitment.

How a shift works

1. You receive a specific invitation.
Role, date, 2–4 hour shift, location and transport arrangement are visible before you decide.

2. Accept or decline online.
Your personal RunYourEvent link is your shift login. Accepting one shift does not commit you to another.

3. Reconfirm before the event.
A quick reconfirmation helps the organizer know who still intends to attend.

4. Scan the event QR when you arrive.
The QR works with your accepted personal shift login and creates the attendance record.

5. Check out and build progress.
Verified time earns 100 points per hour, subject to the four-hour daily certificate cap.

Transport is shown before you accept.

One-off events state whether arrival is independent, public transport is suitable, travel is reimbursed, or a shuttle/organizer transport is provided.
