Tell us where the staffing gap is.

Seasonal sports clubs use the €200 season pipeline. For one-off events, no check-in means no placement fee: the €25, €20 or €15 rate is calculated from volunteers who actually arrive and check in. Before activation, every organizer must also resolve volunteer coverage.

What happens next

1. Online pre-agreement.
You give us the roles, location, shift window, coverage and—where relevant—transport plan.

2. Local recruitment.
We contact suitable volunteers in the city/area. Each person receives a specific shift and accepts or declines through a personal RunYourEvent link.

3. Reconfirmation.
Accepted volunteers can reconfirm before the event. RunYourEvent recruits and rematches where possible, but attendance is not guaranteed.

4. QR attendance.
At the event, an assigned volunteer scans the organizer QR on their signed-in device. That physical check-in is the successful one-off placement.

5. Attendance billing.
No-show = no one-off placement fee. Check-out records time for organizer verification, points and certificate progress.

Transport for one-off events

If normal local travel is practical, volunteers can arrive independently. If the venue or shift time makes that unreasonable, the organizer provides a viable solution such as reimbursement, station pickup, shuttle or organizer transport. Sports-club shifts default to local independent arrival unless otherwise stated.
