RunYourEvent is provided by PlanetHike OÜ, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia. RunYourEvent is a sports-volunteer matching and execution platform for short volunteer activities.

Organizer activities are intended to be specific sports-related volunteer roles with a defined place and a 2–4 hour activity window. RunYourEvent may identify, invite, match and rematch suitable volunteers. Volunteers decide whether to accept each activity.

RunYourEvent does not guarantee that a requested number of volunteers will accept, reconfirm or attend.

The platform fee is EUR 10 for each volunteer who completes the relevant activity and records a valid check-out. Registration, invitation, acceptance or a no-show does not by itself create the EUR 10 fee.

Applicable taxes and any separately selected or required protection charge are shown or invoiced separately.

The host sports organization remains responsible for on-site supervision, role briefing, safeguarding, age and role suitability, permissions, venue rules, safety, transport arrangements and compliance with applicable law. RunYourEvent does not become the event organizer or employer of the volunteer merely by facilitating a match.

Joining the volunteer pool is free and does not obligate a volunteer to accept an activity. Activity information is shown before acceptance. Volunteers should provide accurate information and follow reasonable organizer briefing and safety instructions.

Personal invitation links, QR check-in/check-out and organizer verification may be used to record participation. Verified completed time may count toward volunteer progress. Students become eligible for a RunYourEvent Sports Volunteer Certificate after 20 verified hours, subject to the accuracy and verification of the underlying attendance records.

RunYourEvent may correct or revoke a certificate where the underlying record is materially inaccurate, fraudulent or later invalidated.

Activities for volunteers under 18 remain subject to applicable youth-protection, safeguarding and consent requirements. RunYourEvent may require parent or guardian consent and may restrict activities by age or role.

Organizers must state whether their existing insurance covers temporary or external volunteers for the relevant activities. Where separate Volunteer Protection Plus is offered, availability and coverage are subject to the connected insurer's policy terms, eligibility, exclusions, limits and claims procedures.

Selecting insurance does not transfer organizer supervision, safeguarding, transport, safety or compliance responsibilities to RunYourEvent.

Payments and invoices may be processed by Stripe or another stated payment provider. Completed-volunteer fees are calculated from eligible completed participation records.

We may maintain, change or improve the service and may suspend access where necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, partner availability or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or successful volunteer supply for every activity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, RunYourEvent is not responsible for matters that remain under the organizer's operational control, including supervision, safeguarding, venue safety, transport or volunteer conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to PlanetHike OÜ without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence where applicable.
